Tactical Shotgun
Tactical Shotgun is a 20 hour course covering the most versatile, yet most misunderstood, firearm available to most of us. Combining classroom presentation with range live fire, Tactical Shotgun will bring the student to a high level of performance through a series of drills and skill-developing exercises.
The Tactical Shotgun course covers the following topics:

¥ Shotgun Selection and Operation
¥ Manipulation and Techniques for Use
¥ Ammunition
¥ Accessories
¥ Carry Positions
¥ Readiness Conditions
¥ Primary and Secondary Shooting Positions
¥ Movement With the Shotgun
¥ Patterning (The Zone Concept)
¥ Transition to Slug
¥ Malfunctions
¥ Handgun Transition
Student will need a defensive shotgun (pump or autoloader) with sling, sidearm and holster. Also, the student will need to provide the following ammunition:
100 rounds of BirdShot
100 rounds of BuckShot
50 rounds of Slugs
50 rounds of handgun ammunition
